Build and Grow: Actively prospect, network, and develop new client relationships to build a profitable commercial book of business.

Take Ownership: Drive your own success. As a self-starter, you will manage your pipeline and client relationships with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.

Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional, well-presented, and organized service that aligns with the standards of a premier commercial brokerage firm.

Licensing: An active RIBO license is required.

Experience: Background with a commercial insurance brokerage. We are open to Junior or Senior Producers, as well as those currently in a hybrid or Account Management role who are hungry to transition into full production.

Skillset: Extremely professional, highly organized, and exclusively commercial-lines focused.

Drive: A motivated self-starter who takes complete ownership of their career and success.

Location: Must live locally or within a reasonable commute to work out of our Burlington office.

Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (Flexible and negotiable based on experience).

Commissions & Bonuses: Strong commission and bonus structure with absolutely no ceiling on your income potential.
