Compensation Package

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients within your designated territory.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed production targets, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Collaborate with local offices and recruiters to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on commercial lines, employee benefits, or niche industries.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a producer role, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed production targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Gulf Region territories, including Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Texas.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
