Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media & Performance Analyst to collect, integrate, and interpret social media data to deliver actionable insights to our clients. You will develop clear and effective dashboards and reports, helping brands understand their performance and make informed strategic decisions.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a passion for storytelling through data, and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collect and integrate data from multiple social platforms and sources, including Excel, Google Sheets, CSV files, Sprinklr, Social Studio, and Captiv8.
- Analyze organic, paid social, and influencer marketing metrics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Stories, and Reels.
- Translate performance metrics into insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations aligned with the social media strategy.
- Connect social media performance with business objectives, identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and overall strategy.
- Prepare recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as well as campaign-specific reports.
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarks to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards and support content scheduling and publishing through Sprinklr.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across major platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Social and Strategy teams to support data-driven recommendations and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, audience behavior, and content storytelling.
- Experience in A/B testing, creative experimentation, audience testing, and format optimization.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and large data set management.
- Advanced knowledge of Sprinklr for data analysis, dashboard creation, and actionable insight generation.
- Comfortable working with and interpreting large volumes of data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information into clear recommendations.
- Curious, proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to reporting and analytical processes.
- Good PowerPoint skills and the ability to create visually engaging presentations.
- Knowledge of AI applications for analytics, reporting automation, and content optimization.
- High level of English (B2/C1).
