About the Role

The Spa & Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for wellness, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

What you will do

• Lead all spa and wellness operations, ensure exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.

• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, promotions, retail performance, and wellness programming.

• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing spa team through recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management.

• Deliver personalized luxury wellness experiences that enhance guest loyalty and brand reputation.

• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, inventory, and cost-control initiatives.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and luxury hospitality standards across all spa facilities.

• Partner with Marketing and Public Relations to promote spa offerings, increase brand visibility, and attract new business.

• Identify and implement industry trends, innovative treatments, and wellness concepts to keep the spa at the forefront of the market.

• Collaborate with cross-functional hotel teams to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.

• Drive a culture of excellence, wellness, and continuous improvement throughout the department.

What you bring

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.

• Strong expertise in spa operations, wellness services, and luxury guest experiences.

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, driving performance, engagement, and service excellence.

•  Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, revenue, retail performance, and financial targets.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English.

• Passion for wellness and hospitality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Hands-on spa or therapy experience (Massage Therapist, Aesthetician, Acupuncturist, or similar) preferred.
