Your new role

• Build, test, and deploy fraud rules in SIT environments to support project delivery.
• Validate fraud decision engine data, outputs, and new data point implementation.
• Investigate issues using OpenSearch and Splunk, and support SIT testing and troubleshooting.
• Review suspected fraud cases and manage referrals to Group Investigations.
• Contribute to fraud and scam prevention strategies through rule optimization and data-driven insights.
• Drive improvements in detection accuracy, loss prevention, and customer outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

What will you bring

• Over 7 years in Fraud Operations and related domain
• Over 1 year experience in analytics or reporting functions
• Proven exposure and interest in database analysis, reporting and application programming (including, but not limited to PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Splunk, Python, R, Java).
• Should be comfortable working in 24x7 environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• SQL coding, python coding fraud rules.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
