Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
• Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
• Work Environment: On-site position in a modern office with excellent amenities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mix of mid-to-large market group accounts, including full/level and self-funded accounts.
• Collaborate with producers on renewals, open enrollments, and benefit implementations.
• Attend client meetings to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of less experienced colleagues.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Utilize software tools such as Employee Navigator and EPIC to manage accounts and workflows.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education & Licenses: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits; 5+ years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and EPIC software is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to engage in difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
• Work Environment: This is an on-site role with no travel required.
