We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to improve our digital presence and improve marketing effectiveness. This role combines campaign execution, website technology, analytics, and experimentation. You will work closely with Commercial Ops, Marketing leader, IT, and outside agencies, with a focus on increasing lead volume and efficiency within established spending guidelines.  

This position reports to the VP of Marketing. 

What You'll Do

• Execute, monitor, and optimize paid search, paid social, direct mail, and targeted local marketing campaigns to generate qualified consumer leads.Test audiences, messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve lead quality, conversion, and cost efficiency
• Own the day-to-day website updates and performance improvements, coordinating with IT and outside agencies on technical issues, integrations, tracking, speed, user experience, and landing page deployment.
• Improve search visibility through SEO and emerging AI-driven search and generative engine optimization (AIO/GEO).
• Administer to dealer co-op marketing programs, including tracking performance and ensuring compliance with program guidelines. 
• Leverage AI tools to develop, test, and refine marketing content and landing pages, applying sound judgment and brand standards.
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, lead sources, call tracking, and CRM data; maintain dashboards and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales and dealers on local campaigns, search visibility, online reviews, and reputation management to strengthen dealer-level lead generation.
• Coordinate execution with marketing leadership and agency partners; provide performance insights and recommendations while marketing leadership retains budget, forecasting, and agency-management accountability.
• Stay curious about new platforms, analytics capabilities, automation, and AI tools; recommend practical experiments that improve results without unnecessary spending.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field preferred; demonstrated skills and willingness to learn matter most
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, SEO, landing pages, and website content management.
• Technical aptitude to collaborate with IT and agencies on website updates, tracking, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and content management systems; experience with Salesforce, WordPress, SEMrush, or call-tracking tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with direct mail, local marketing, dealer networks, or reputation management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
