Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the Social Care sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with care providers and social care organisations
- Source, screen, and place high-quality care professionals across multiple settings
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of candidates and clients
- Conduct business development calls and win new client accounts
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safeguarding and regulatory standards
- Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
- Work towards and exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment (social care or healthcare recruitment desirable)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, resilient, and motivated mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-led environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for the social care sector and making a difference
- Knowledge of the UK care sector (desirable but not essential)
