Purpose
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and updating the PRC website and SharePoint site.
- Monitor and manage Google Alerts and Google Scholar Alerts for faculty, research, and center activities.
- Provide publication support, including tracking, organizing, and updating publication records.
- Assist with preparing and formatting content for newsletters, web pages, and other communications.
- Support data entry, file organization, and maintenance of administrative records.
- Assist with special projects and event logistics as assigned.
- Conduct basic online research and compile information to support PRC initiatives.
- Perform other general administrative duties in support of PRC operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with software applications, including web and content management systems.
- Student required to be enrolled in at least 6 hours in long semesters.
Salary Range
$13 an hour
