Sales Manager

We're looking for an energetic Sales Manager to support our hotel's group sales efforts across a variety of market segments, including but not limited to SMERF, corporate, sports, association, and other group business.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Sales to generate new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and assist in achieving the hotel's revenue goals. Responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, conducting outside sales calls, hosting site tours, attending networking events, responding to inquiries, and supporting the sales process from lead generation through contract execution. You'll also collaborate with hotel operations to help ensure successful group experiences for our guests.

Our ideal candidate has previous hotel or hospitality sales experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, is highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
