Job Description
Key Responsibilities
AI & Process Optimisation
- Support the exploration and adoption of AI tools to improve team productivity and streamline day-to-day processes.
- Assist in researching and documenting AI use cases, best practices, and productivity solutions.
- Support the testing and refinement of AI-enabled workflows and automation opportunities.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and communications to support AI adoption.
Business Management Support
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, and meeting materials.
- Support financial and resource management activities
- Assist in maintaining reports, trackers, and documentation to support business management activities
Skills Required
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and productivity tools.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new technologies
