About This Role
As the Revenue Growth Management Manager, you will lead the market's RGM agenda and drive value creation across the commercial organization. You will leverage data, analytics and market insights to identify opportunities that enhance revenue quality, improve profitability and optimize commercial investments.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring growth is achieved through disciplined decision-making across pricing, promotions, pack-price architecture, trade investment, customer profitability and portfolio mix. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Marketing and Commercial Leadership to embed RGM principles into planning processes and drive sustainable business performance.
As a trusted advisor to the commercial organization, you will transform performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve investment productivity, customer economics and long-term value creation.
Role Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth Management & Pricing Strategy
Lead the market RGM agenda across pricing, promotions, pack-price architecture, trade investment, assortment and customer profitability.
Define and recommend monthly pricing strategies based on market dynamics, competitive activity, inflation, customer performance and financial objectives.
Identify revenue growth opportunities and potential business risks, providing proactive recommendations to leadership teams.
Develop scenarios and financial projections to support commercial decision-making and business planning.
Drive the creation and execution of value-generating initiatives that improve NSV, margin and profitability.
Market Performance & Share Growth
Analyze market share trends using Nielsen and other external market intelligence sources.
Monitor category, channel and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities and emerging risks.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support business performance and commercial priorities.
Track business performance against key KPIs and provide ongoing performance reviews.
Commercial Strategy & Customer Engagement
Partner closely with Sales and Key Account teams to strengthen commercial negotiations and customer business plans.
Evaluate commercial agreements, trade terms and customer investments to ensure profitable growth.
Support customer negotiations with data-driven insights and value-based recommendations.
Influence strategic decisions by providing clear and compelling business cases.
Planning, Forecasting & Business Insights
Develop forecasts and business scenarios to support planning cycles and investment decisions.
Embed RGM principles into IBP, commercial planning and customer planning processes.
Assess promotional effectiveness, pricing compliance and trade investment ROI.
Provide regular recommendations regarding actions to scale, stop, renegotiate or reallocate investments.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Finance, Commercial Planning, Customer Marketing and Sales teams to align priorities and drive execution.
Build RGM capabilities across commercial teams by promoting a value creation mindset.
Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership, providing recommendations that support profitable and sustainable growth.
Experience / Skills Required
Technical & Functional Expertise
Strong experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Sales Strategy or Commercial Excellence.
Proven expertise in pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, trade investment and customer profitability analysis.
Experience working with Nielsen or similar market share and syndicated data platforms.
Strong forecasting and business modeling capabilities.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial recommendations.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L drivers.
Commercial Capabilities
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting customer negotiations and commercial agreements.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks.
