Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our ever-evolving Legal team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you'll own
Support the Legal team by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining a variety of legal documents, agreements, and corporate records.
Conduct legal research, gather information, and assist attorneys with litigation, regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support legal processes, investigations, and ongoing business initiatives.
Manage legal documentation, deadlines, and reporting to help ensure efficient and organized legal operations.
Assist with intellectual property, legal hold, and records management activities while supporting compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Serve as a Georgia Notary Public, as needed, in support of legal and business documentation requirements.
What you'll bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
Current Georgia Notary Public commission required.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
It's a bonus if you have
Bachelor's degree.
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program.
Experience supporting litigation, intellectual property, corporate governance, or regulatory compliance matters.
