Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Director to own and grow Mannapov’s marketing function end to end. This is a builder’s role, not a purely strategic one. You will set the plan, then execute it — writing the copy, shooting the content, running the campaigns, managing our outside agency, and reporting on what worked.

You will be the primary marketing voice for both sides of our business: B2B wholesale (independent phone shops, carriers, and refurbishers) and B2C e-commerce (WCell.com and marketplace channels). You will also be comfortable on camera, since a growing share of our sales and brand presence happens on video and live-selling platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand

• Own the annual and quarterly marketing plan, including budget, channel mix, and measurable goals.

• Maintain and evolve brand standards across Mannapov, WCell, and the ICE product family.

• Position our technology products (ICE Q diagnostics, ICE Lock device lifecycle ledger) for both industry and enterprise audiences.

Content & On-Camera Work

• Script, produce, and edit short-form video and photo content for social, e-commerce listings, and sales enablement.

• Write and schedule content across email, blog, social, and product pages.

• Partner with our sales and customer-facing teams to keep messaging consistent.

Demand Generation & E-Commerce

• Drive qualified wholesale leads through email, outbound support materials, trade events, and industry channels.

• Grow WCell.com revenue through SEO, paid media, email/SMS lifecycle marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and marketplace listing quality.

• Manage our external paid-media agency: set objectives, review performance, and hold spend accountable to return.

• Support live-selling and marketplace pilots from promotion through post-event analysis.

Analytics & Reporting

• Define and track the metrics that matter: cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue contribution by channel.

• Deliver a clear monthly marketing performance report to leadership with recommendations, not just numbers.

• Run structured tests (creative, audience, offer) and act on the results.

Team & Vendor Management

• Manage marketing contractors, freelancers, interns, and agency partners.

• Build the case for future marketing headcount as the function grows.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Software Development, and Operations.

 Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 – $80,000 base salary, commensurate with experience and demonstrated results.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years owning a channel, budget, or full marketing function.

• Demonstrated ownership of measurable revenue or lead-generation outcomes — bring the numbers.

• Strong writing and editing skills across long-form and short-form formats.

• Willingness and ability to be on camera as a regular part of the job, including live and unscripted formats.

• Must read, write and speak English

• Hands-on proficiency with digital marketing tooling: an email/marketing automation platform, a CRM, web analytics, and paid-media dashboards.

• Comfort with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or equivalent) and marketplace listing operations.

• Data fluency: able to build a spreadsheet model, read a performance report, and defend a spend decision.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience — inside sales, business development, account management, or live/on-camera selling. This is a meaningful plus and will factor into where an offer lands in the range.

• Experience marketing to independent retailers, dealers, or small-business buyers.

• Background in consumer electronics, mobile devices, repair, refurbishment, or re-commerce.

• Live-selling experience on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, eBay Live, or a similar platform.

• Video production and editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent).

• Marketing experience with B2B SaaS or technical products.

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
