Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

To strengthen our Application Team we are looking for the IS Application Specialist for Risk Management Tools who has prior experience in supporting software applications. In that role you will work in the application support area, very closely to Business users, external IS teams and internal software delivery teams, to ensure high level of the customer care culture.

The work model for the role is #Li-hybrid with expected weekly split of 2 days office and 3 days remote work.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Requests, incidents, problems and user requests resolution and management
• Application configuration and administration
• Cross-team collaboration with Business, Application Operations, Application Software Delivery, and other external IT Teams
• Create and maintain application user centric and the application support knowledge base documentation
• Data analysis and reporting to support decision making process
• Conduct online end-user basic level applications’ trainings
• Actively participate and contribute into initiatives of improving work environment, optimizing internal processes, and system features to increase productivity of yourself, team colleagues, and customers

Qualifications for the role:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT environment (preferably supporting enterprise web software applications)
• A collaborative, solutions and customer service-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple demands at a time, working with cross-functional, and international teams
• Ability to plan workload in time and under stress to meet deadlines
• Analytical mind, able to focus on details without losing goals
• Working knowledge of collaboration tools (MS SharePoint/OneNote) and strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic level of SQL
• ITIL methodology experience will be a plus
• Experience with Agile frameworks will be a plus
• Software Lifecycle Management tools will be a plus
• Practical use of AI tools in productivity improvement will be a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written English
