Description
Finance OpEx Analyst will lead financial planning, modeling, analysis, and reporting for OpEx spend in a fast-growing global environment. The role focuses on improving financial visibility, strengthening decision support, and scaling finance processes through advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and automation.
This role is designed for an experienced analyst who can independently lead complex analyses, build practical financial models, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to translate data into clear business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OpEx planning, forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate and consistent financial visibility.
- Build and enhance financial models to support scenario planning, cost analysis, run-rate visibility, and management decisions.
- Lead productivity and efficiency initiatives by developing automation, AI-enabled tools, and self-service reporting solutions that reduce manual workload, improve scalability, and enhance data accuracy and governance.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into executive-ready commentary, recommendations, and decision support.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, and support prioritization discussions.
- Identify process gaps and lead improvements across planning, reporting, validation, and recurring analysis routines.
Key Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related analytical role
- Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budget management, and advanced financial analysis
- Strong financial modeling capabilities, including scenario analysis, trend analysis, and management-level decision support
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI, automation, digital finance, or AI-enabled productivity tools is an advantage
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with high ownership
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
