About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team in Penrose. This is a full-time position responsible for order fulfilment, returns processing, kit preparation, basic provisioning, and supporting efficient warehouse operations and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
Receive and process inbound stock and deliveries.
Manage returns (RMA) and associated warehouse activities.
Investigate and resolve issues relating to incorrectly shipped goods.
Assist with kit preparation and basic device provisioning.
Complete sortation and dispatch activities.
Perform manual handling tasks safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain inventory accuracy and support effective stock control processes.

Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse experience in a pick/pack or similar role.
Strong reliability and commitment, supported by positive employment references.
Experience with inventory handling, receiving, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
Ability to undertake physical work, including lifting, while following health and safety requirements.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and literacy.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Experience using warehouse management systems is advantageous.
