FP&A Analyst

Monitoring Finance and Accounts & closely tracking the profit & loss account Should understand Opex & CAPEX as per the guidelines Person should be flexible and open to work in multiple things Review monthly MIS and presenting to the management as per timeline. Cost control and ensuring to meet the amount as forecasted Tracking Cashflow and financial planning Monitoring all compliances are made on time Reviewing financial processes and identifying process improvement areas Reviewing new capex projects and appraising management over the variances between the budget vs actuals * Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with bachelor's degree (or) master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis role. Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced financial modelling tools. Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of financial management, accounting principles Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial reports to stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Proactive problem solver with the ability to handle challenges related to cost control, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
