Job Description – GTM Research & Outreach Associate
Role Overview:
- We are hiring a disciplined and execution-focused GTM Research & Outreach Associate.The role involves structured B2B outreach, account research, and pipeline management targeting US and India AI SaaS companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build target account lists (AI SaaS / Document AI / Fintech)
- Identify decision makers (Head of AI, VP Ops, Director Data)
- Execute LinkedIn outreach & cold email campaigns
- Maintain CRM with daily updates
- Track follow-ups (minimum 3 touches per contact)
- Generate 5–8 qualified meetings per week target
Ideal Profile:
- 1–3 years experience in B2B lead generation / SaaS outreach
- Strong written English
- Process-oriented and disciplined
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn & CRM tools
## Tasks
- Conduct thorough market research to gather data on consumer demographics, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related products, market share, pricing, and marketing techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies by analyzing sales data and market response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making based on research insights.
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet tight deadlines.
