What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Associate Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for junior and mid-level positions across Shared Services and Corporate Functions, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Global Talent teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Building strong talent pipelines and proactively identifying high-potential candidates.
• Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Leveraging recruitment tools, data, and best practices to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
• Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
• Collaborating with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and hiring excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar HR role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies (iCIMS is a plus).
• Advanced English proficiency.
