Associate - Global Benefits Delivery

Corporate Title: Senior Associate

The Position:

The successful candidate will join the newly created Global Benefit Delivery service line within Human Resources.  The Global Benefit Delivery team are responsible for the delivery of benefit plans to colleagues; managing data flows to and from employees and 3rd party vendors, being the subject matter experts for the benefits under portfolio.

Job Specification:

The main responsibilities of the position will include (but is not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Support in onboarding / renewal of employee benefit schemes for the assigned countries;
  • Assist in accurate and timely onboarding of vendors for employee benefits delivery
  • Follow and execute procedural controls in accordance with benefit renewals, onboarding and exit management process;
  • Be a subject matter expert in vendor onboarding process in workday system, Purchase order creation, approval and reconciling with final benefit renewal quotations
  • Delivery of tasks efficiently and within agreed SLAs;
  • Partnering with Risk team, Benefits delivery team, Payroll & finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit payments and maintenance of records for reconciliation and audits;
  • Support the Benefits Lead in external or internal audits

Skills Required

  • Experience in a benefit delivery environment (ideally) or Payroll/HR Operations, with a minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – especially in MS Excel;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision;
  • Exposure to a fast paced and ambiguous environment;
  • Eagerness to learn with the ability to self-motivate and work well as part of a global team.
