Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Serve as a key member of the Global Mobility team supporting immigration and relocation across EMEA, partnering closely with internal collaborators, external vendors, and employees to deliver high-quality mobility services.
In this role you will:
- Manage high-volume immigration cases, including visa applications, renewals, extensions, work permits.
- Monitor case progress and results, maintain accurate tracking systems, prepare reports, obtain required approvals, and ensure timely completion of all immigration processes.
- Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, social security, prevailing wage, documentation, and mobility policy requirements, identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
- Collaborate with external legal vendors to streamline case management processes and improve service delivery.
- Develop country-specific expertise and provide guidance to HR, managers, and employees on mobility-related policies and practices.
- Coordinate relocation services in partnership with relocation vendors, including initiation, tracking, issue resolution, and employee support.
- Participate in global mobility projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process optimization, automation, service quality, and employee experience.
- Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to ensure consistency and scalability across the program.
- Triage incoming requests and prioritize work based on business impact, compliance requirements, and service-level expectations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners, including HR to support effective mobility program administration.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, international relations or similar field plus related experience in immigration case handling.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate concisely, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated interest in working cross-culturally.
- Ability to self-direct work, prioritize competing assignments, and drive assignments to timely completion in a high-volume workflow.
