KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a F&A Stewardship Specialist you will:

• Manage the end-to-end check issuance process, including generating runs in SAP, coordinating signatures, bank certification, and delivery to end-users, while providing basic support for inquiries.
• Maintain and update databases for authorized check signers and bank messengers.
• Control access to the physical General Offices file, including organizing, accommodating, and retrieving information, and updating the database with document locations and types.
• Generate electronic bank account statements for Legal Entities via the banking portal.
• Provide audit assistance by generating SAP reports and conducting payment analyses.
• Administer the "ACTIVE" asset tax depreciation system, which involves analyzing tables and databases and maintaining communication with the Assets group.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree or concentrations in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Taxation.
• Up to 3 years of previous experience in related roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package and SAP system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Team orientation, “can-do “ attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
• Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others
