Job Summary: -
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement and Practice Management in the Core Market, the Salesforce Specialist is a member of the Empower Core Team who partners with Core sales and service leaders, to provide sales reporting, dashboard updates and efficiencies for the Regional Sales Directors, Internal Sales Directors and RM team within the Empower Core Markets utilizing Salesforce. This role serves as a strong, hands-on technology leader on the Core Practice Management team. Responsible for helping to shape our next generation application platform. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: -
- As Subject Matter Expert, partners with leaders and trainers to ensure training and understanding of necessary skills and technology (classes utilizing resources, monitoring, mentoring, coaching, gathering feedback) for associates on Salesforce
- Project Management and expertise working on solutions on the Salesforce platform for the Core Sales and RM teams.
- Partner with the leadership to identify the needs of the sales and service teams and provide training to the core sales and RM teams.
- Compile, execute and distribute weekly and monthly sales or RM reports for internal and external sales and/or RM teams, well as any ad hoc report requests.
- Supply reports that include all pertinent information needed to track the RVP and RM direct reports activity from inception to closure.
- Additional projects as assigned
- Must be able to work on a variety of assignments and have the flexibility to switch gears based on changing priorities and deadlines, adept working with multiple systems.
Background and Qualifications:-
- Business, Marketing or Communications Degree preferred or relevant years of experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing and or the financial services industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills, proven presentation skills.
- Experience with project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel required, Salesforce.com, Data loader a plus.
- Eye to detail-oriented candidature with Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Must be deadline-oriented ensuring issues are being resolved, and clients are kept apprised of progress ensuring highest level of client service and satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Should have good oral and written communication skills as the role demands extensive partner communication via calls and emails.
