EXPERIENCE:

Ideal applicants should have development experience in the following key areas of Financial Risk Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing these areas, including:

• Asset & Liability Management
• Liquidity Risk Management
• Market Risk Analysis
• Treasury Performance Analysis
• Value Based Management
• Credit Risk Management

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in the development of the above-mentioned areas
• Strong educational background with a degree in economic/financial, statistical, or engineering subjects
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Outstanding relational skills and an inclination toward teamwork
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
• Very good knowledge of the banking industry
• Experience with regulatory frameworks, both Basel and BRSA
• Valuation expertise in conventional and synthetic financial products and derivative markets
• Proficiency in English
