Description
Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Achieved Licensed status or equivalent. 12+ years of experience, with a proven track record in Data Center and mission critical facility design, including large scale campuses and complex, multi-phase developments. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to this role. Proven capability across all project stages, from concept and test fits through IFC and construction support. Strong understanding of data center planning, typologies, and redundancy concepts, and their architectural implications. Experience leading architectural scope and coordinating with Structures, MEP, Fire Life Safety, and Civil teams. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage design packages, and maintain quality, programme, and client expectations. Strong client-facing skills, including design reviews and presentations. Advanced proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD. Visualization tools are a plus. Experience working with international teams and global delivery models. Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
