About the Role

Redhorse transforms the way Department of War (DoW) utilizes data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a Senior Financial Manager to support the Department of War (DoW) in addressing Joint Operational Problems.

In this role, you will lead prototype development that accelerates innovation and modernization, ensuring the U.S. maintains a competitive edge against peer and near-peer adversaries. You will facilitate the rapid modernization of the force by leading multicomponent assessments and experimentation through a campaign of learning. This is a high-visibility role where your leadership directly impacts the digital and physical architecture of future defense capabilities.
