Responsible for providing recruitment, with administrative functions within the HR department.

- Conduct phone screening interviews.
- Coordinate scheduling of all candidate interviews.
- Maintain and track all candidate pool.
- Responsible for effective utilization of current or new recruitment methods.
- Provide administrative support to HR related functions.
- Special projects may also be assigned.
