• Document Management:Organizing, scanning, and filing both physical and electronic documents using specialized Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Version Control: Tracking document revisions (e.g., blueprints, manuals, contracts) to ensure teams are always working with the most up-to-date and approved files.
• Quality & Compliance: Reviewing documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory or company standards.
• Distribution & Retrieval: Routing documents to relevant personnel, managing transmittals, and quickly retrieving files for internal or external stakeholders during audits.
• Archiving & Disposal: Establishing retention timelines, storing inactive records securely, and safely destroying outdated files according to company policy.
• Reporting & Training: Creating document progress reports for senior managers and training staff on proper document creation and filing procedures.
