Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices using a PC and internal systems.
- Perform general office support duties, including regular office walk-throughs to check for cleanliness issues and identify items that need to be replaced or replenished.
- Coordinate with office service vendors, such as Office Glico and coffee service providers, including placing orders and requesting support in case of equipment issues.
- Provide other general administrative and office support as needed.
Work Environment and Support
- The role will begin with an onboarding period to help you gradually become familiar with the company, workplace, systems, and daily tasks.
- There are no individual quotas for this role, so you can learn and perform your responsibilities at a comfortable pace.
- You may take breaks as needed if you are not feeling well.
- A dedicated rest room with a bed is available in the office.

- オフィスグリコやコーヒーサーバーなどの業者との連絡・調整（商品の発注、機器の故障・不具合発生時の対応依頼など）
- その他、必要に応じた一般事務・オフィスサポート業務
