What to expect:
Perform the accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Sets (MDS's) as required by regulation and facility practices

Successful candidates:
Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in CO
Experience as a MDS Nurse in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0 is required!
Rate: $85,000-$95,000/year
