Sr. Manager, Direct to Patient Marketing - Media & Partnerships

As a Sr. Manager, Direct to Patient Media & Partnerships supporting the US Vision Care Lens Marketing Team, you will lead integrated media, digital marketing, and strategic partnership initiatives that drive consumer awareness, engagement, and business growth. Based onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, this role is ideal for a marketing leader with expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, paid media, media strategy, influencer and partnership marketing, agency leadership, and data-driven decision making, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering meaningful customer experiences.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Serve as primary business lead for media and partnership agency relationships.
• Direct media agency planning processes, investment recommendations, and performance reporting to deliver integrated paid media strategies and execution.
• Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Retail Marketing, Analytics, and Digital teams to ensure integrated execution.
• Partner with analytics teams and media agencies to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, attribution approaches, and optimization plans.
• Utilize AI-enabled marketing tools and advanced analytics to improve planning, targeting, performance measurement, and operational efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage consumer-facing partnerships that accelerate awareness, consideration, trial, and conversion.
• Lead partnership planning from business case development through execution and post-program evaluation
• Originate and develop integrated marketing activations with retail partners, affinity organizations, influencers, publishers, and complementary brands.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English 
• Travel requirements: 15%

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, consumer health, vision care, or another regulated industry.
• Experience supporting direct-to-consumer, DTC, direct-to-patient, or patient marketing initiatives.
• Experience developing integrated media plans across paid social, digital, programmatic, search, retail media, and emerging channels.
• Experience originating, evaluating, negotiating, executing, and measuring consumer-facing partnerships.
• Experience managing media, digital, performance marketing, or influencer agencies.
• Experience activating partnerships with affinity or membership organizations, creators or influencers, publishers, retail partners, complementary brands, or sports and entertainment properties.
• Experience translating consumer, cultural, audience, and performance insights into actionable media or partnership recommendations.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading complex initiatives through ambiguity.
• Experience using AI-enabled marketing tools or advanced analytics to improve targeting, measurement, optimization, or operational efficiency.
