## Position Summary
This is a People Manager role that plays a vital role within the Major Module Remote Factory with core responsibility to manage supplier-owned stock (consignment), optimizing material flow, and executing sellback processes. This is to support Finished Goods delivered as per plan. Incumbent will work very closely with Strategic Commodity Managers, Supply Business Managers, Warehouse and Logistic team for Major Module consignment parts on the forecasting and planning process to ensure internal KPI, goals and projects are accomplished and aligned with business objectives and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The ideal candidate is a decisive leader who can navigate operational bottlenecks, act as the primary escalation point for supply chain disruptions, and drive efficiency across inbound, storage, and outbound logistics. Portfolio includes developing integrated project plans for business process improvement, including implementation schedule, end user coordination and all necessary information requirements of a project and/or Finished Goods related initiatives.
## Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle of consigned inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of supplier-owned stock
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy between physical stock and supplier records
- Manage material consumption reporting to provide internal stakeholders with real-time visibility
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce waste, optimize consignment process and operational costs
- Manage the full sellback lifecycle: generate reports, issue return authorizations, coordinate reverse logistics, and track financial credits
- Manage Finished Goods delivered as per plan
- Leadership & Escalation Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for major module consignment issue
- Lead root-cause analysis for major incidents and present corrective action plans to executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional stand-ups with Procurement, warehouse, logisitc teams to preempt supply chain risks
## Qualification and Requirements
- Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering with more than 8 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain Management specifically handling consignment inventory
- Proven track record of managing material sellback/reverse logistics programs
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or Manhattan)
- Proven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achieve business needs
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills whom can successfully interact with cross functional teams, sponsors, management and business partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel / Access / Visio / PowerPoint)
- Some travel will be required (~ 20%)

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
