Join our in house law firm - Caytons, as a Senior Associate, where you'll work closely with a Partner to manage a diverse caseload.
How you'll make an impact
In this role, you'll handle a variety of professional indemnity cases, both pre-action and in litigation, under the guidance of a Partner. You'll collaborate with insurers, insureds, and other key stakeholders to ensure cases are managed effectively.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of professional indemnity matters, including pre-action and litigation cases.
- Engaging directly with insurers, insureds, experts, and counsel.
- Managing reserves and financials for each case.
- Preparing detailed reports for insurers and insureds.
- Undertaking secondments as agreed by the firm.
About you
- You're a qualified solicitor with experience in professional indemnity matters as a panel solicitor.
- You can manage client relationships professionally and work independently when needed.
- You're a team player who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
