What you will do

The Senior Brand Manager Neutrogena Southern Europe is responsible for developing and executing innovative advertising and promotional strategies, analyzing market and sales data to optimize brand performance, and guiding agency partners to ensure alignment with overall product strategy. You will also build key partnerships, oversee market research, and drive demand forecasting to enhance competitive market share:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated brand and advertising strategies that elevate Neutrogena’s market presence, targeting both professional and consumer segments to maximize visibility and engagement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, digital teams, sales, and forecasting to craft innovative campaigns, define product specifications, and accurately predict demand for assigned product lines.

• Leverage data-driven insights, emerging market trends, and comprehensive market research initiatives to anticipate consumer needs, validate product concepts, and position Neutrogena as a category leader.

• Continuously monitor brand strategy implementation by analyzing key performance indicators and proactively recommending strategic adjustments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution of product packaging, advertising campaigns, trade shows, point-of-purchase materials, pricing, and costing strategies.

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with medical societies, opinion leaders, consumers, patients, key clients, and other stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and market penetration.

• Develop and implement processes for systematic market intelligence gathering to uncover and prioritize new market opportunities.

• Evaluate and accelerate the development and launch of new and existing products and programs by streamlining workflows and removing bottlenecks.

• Mentor, inspire, and support junior team members to foster a culture of creativity, accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with brand objectives.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Administration, or a related field

• More than 6 years of relevant brand management experience

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and external partners

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable brand growth opportunities

• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions and overcome challenges

• Exceptional project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering accurate and timely results

• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to create immersive and engaging consumer experiences

• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
