Our client is a leading manufacturer within the manufacturing sector.
This dynamic company is looking for a Project Engineer to join their team and interact with their Production and Manufacturing leaders on a daily basis supporting process improvements, plant layout improvements, capital projects, quality and profitability. Our client is looking to build a succession plan around the Project Engineer and have them eventually develop into an Engineering Manager or Plant Manager.
The candidate must have a BS in Engineering, plus the ability to lead and develop future leaders. Additional qualifications include:
- Experience with projects focused on plant equipment
- Proven track record of improving processes
- 0 – 5 years of experience
- Ability to make data-based decisions
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Passion and sense of urgency
- Prior experience working within Manufacturing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Able to work within the United States
Compensation
Our client offers a competitive base compensation plus a bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.
Base salary $80K - $110K
