Full-Time Nanny

Location: Edmond/Arcadia, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Full-Time, with occasional travel

We are seeking a caring, dependable nanny to provide attentive childcare in a private family home. The ideal candidate is patient, organized, and comfortable accompanying the family on occasional trips. A Registered Behavioral Therapist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive childcare at home and while traveling.
• Maintain consistent routines for meals, naps, learning, and play.
• Plan age-appropriate activities that support emotional, social, and educational development.
• Use positive reinforcement and parent-approved strategies to support behavior.
• Assist with meals, dressing, hygiene, and other daily needs.
• Transport children to activities and appointments as needed.
• Handle child-related laundry and keep children’s spaces organized.
• Assist with packing and maintaining children’s routines during family trips.
• Communicate regularly with parents and maintain family confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Therapist preferred.
• Previous professional nanny or childcare experience.
• Experience supporting children’s behavioral and emotional development.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Availability for a full-time schedule and occasional travel, including overnight stays.
• Strong professional references and willingness to complete a background check.
• A patient, dependable, and professional approach.

Schedule and Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. The regular schedule, travel expectations, and compensation for travel will be discussed during the interview process.
