Your New Role

Looking to kickstart your career in HR? Join WBD as a P&C Intern and gain hands-on exposure to how HR operates in a global organization. You’ll work closely with the P&C team across core operations, employee experience, and people initiatives - building practical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the P&C team on high-impact projects and initiatives across the employee lifecycle
• Support P&C problem-solving through data gathering, analysis, and solution building
• Partner with team members to drive execution of key people processes and priorities
• Contribute to employee experience initiatives, from ideation through implementation
• Gain exposure to how P&C partners balance business needs, employee experience, and organizational priorities
• Explore and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve P&C processes, enhance employee experience, generate insights, and drive operational efficiency across people programs and initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field, with a strong interest in building a career in People & Culture 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively 
• Attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
