What You'll Do
- As the Talent Acquisition Manager, India, you will lead a team of recruitment professionals while serving as the primary talent advisor to business leaders across your assigned functions. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring demands, workforce challenges, and business priorities, translating these insights into effective talent acquisition strategies.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and workforce planning solutions.
- Leverage market intelligence, talent trends, and competitive insights to influence hiring strategies and support informed decision-making.
- Drive recruitment excellence through innovative sourcing strategies, process optimization, and effective use of recruiting technologies.
- Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, improve effectiveness, and enhance stakeholder experience.
- Lead strategic and confidential searches for critical business roles.
- Support the growth and development of your team through coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and capability building.
- Influence organizational change by helping stakeholders evolve from a transactional hiring approach to a strategic talent partnership model.
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, employer branding efforts, talent pipelining strategies, and transformation projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition or recruiting team within a complex, global organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders.
- Experience developing and implementing innovative sourcing and assessment strategies that result in successful, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent market dynamics, and employer branding.
- Expertise in recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and direct sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Experience navigating fast-paced, evolving environments and leading teams through change.
- Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing recruitment professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% to strengthen stakeholder and team relationships.
