**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the creation of visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media.
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop design solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
- Prepare and present design mock-ups and prototypes for internal review and client feedback.
- Support the production of marketing materials, social media graphics, and branding assets.
- Maintain consistency in branding and design across all platforms and projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
