How You Succeed

You'll work closely with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance, and support functions to coordinate projects, support business processes, and drive day-to-day operational activities. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams will be key to ensuring successful project delivery and efficient business operations.
What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Support: gain exposure to key support functions within Corporate Banking, including operations, compliance, risk management, client onboarding, documentation, and administrative processes
- Project Coordination: support the planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting of business and transformation initiatives across the department
- Stakeholder Management: work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate project delivery, coordinate activities, and support governance requirements
- Process Administration: assist in maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, tracking action items, and supporting business administration activities
- Operational Support: support day-to-day operational matters including system access coordination, workplace services, vendor liaison, corporate gifting activities, and other business support requirements
- Reporting & Analysis: assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, status reports, and management updates to support decision-making and project governance
- Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and the use of digital tools
- Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on business, operational, and change management initiatives as assigned
Who You Work With
Global Corporate Banking partners large corporates, multinational companies, and institutional clients through a broad range of financing and banking solutions. Within the Business & Change Management team, you'll work alongside professionals responsible for supporting business operations, driving change initiatives, and ensuring effective coordination across multiple stakeholders. You'll gain valuable insights into how business support functions enable front-office teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
