Manufacturing Engineer

## What you’ll do:

• Maintain and optimize manufacturing process to meet product specification and customer requirement.
• Implement Product Strategy from local manufactory side, maintain BOM, routing of product.
• Support to run project, be responsible for process development and validation in NPD,STP,VAVE... projects."
• Be responsible for prodcut failure analysis and continuous improvement to support quality and product cost reduction.
• Be responsible for existing process, tools, fixtures maintain and continuous improvement.
• Be responsible for Flow chart, PFMEA, WI,JSA, standardized work... documents creation and continuous updating when necessary
• Be responsible for BOM & routing maintain, creating when there is new product introduced.
• Be responsible for engineering change management.
• Be responsible for process development and validation for new product introduction.
• Be responsible to support VAVE, localization and dual source projects.
• Be responsible for manufacturing process upgrade with I4.0, digital tools deployment.
• Be responsible for quality problem solving with ECIS tools and error proofing solutions deployement
• Other tasks assigned as required;

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 3-5 years manufacturing engineering experience, low voltage product experrience is prefered
• Good Mechanical/ElectricalTeam work
• Communication effectively
