Lead Digital Product Manager - CIAM

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager. In this role, you will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and innovation initiatives that enhance customer experiences and deliver measurable business value. Working across product, technology, design, and business teams, you will lead the development of transformational digital solutions, influence strategic decisions, and help accelerate the organization's digital transformation journey. In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of complex digital product strategies, business plans, and initiatives that drive enterprise-wide impact.
• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for key digital experiences within Wells Fargo Vantage.
• Serve as a key contributor to large-scale planning efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Analyze and evaluate complex digital strategies, product capabilities, and customer experiences to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Influence product and digital strategy through data-driven insights, market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
• Make informed product decisions while balancing business objectives, customer experience, risk management, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, design, and business functions to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Drive Agile product delivery and execution across the entire product development lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to resolve challenges, manage dependencies, and achieve strategic goals.
• Facilitate technology feasibility discussions and collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Leverage data, analytics, and reporting tools to identify opportunities, define business requirements, and measure product success.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership in product management best practices, innovation, and execution excellence.
• Champion customer-centric design principles, including UX/UI, information architecture, design thinking, and service design methodologies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced digital environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within commercial, corporate, or core banking.
• 4+ years of Agile product management experience.
• 2+ years of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, product strategy, information architecture, software development, and service design methodologies.
• Experience influencing business decisions through collaboration with technology teams and key stakeholders.
• Technical acumen with the ability to lead technology discussions and understand API integrations, request/response structures, and platform capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of product management principles and Agile software delivery practices.
• Experience delivering global product initiatives through cross-functional team engagement.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design, digital platforms, customer journeys, and prototyping tools.
• Experience using data and analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, and MS Office to support product decisions and business requirements.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: APIs Platform Architecture CIAM Platform Strategy
• Strong commercial or corporate banking domain expertise preferred.
