About the Role
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who is analytical, proactive, and driven by measurable results. You’ll manage our digital presence end to end, from paid campaigns and SEO to analytics, lead generation, and marketing automation, with a clear focus on customer acquisition and ROI. You’ll also use AI tools to work faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and display networks, and ChatGPT Ads where available.
- Manage budgets, targeting, remarketing, creatives, conversion tracking, and A/B tests.
- Track and improve CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and CVR.
SEO and Organic Growth
- Execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and content-gap analysis.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting
- Manage GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel/CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking.
- Build dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Analyze funnels and attribution to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead Generation and CRO
- Drive qualified leads through paid and organic channels.
- Track lead quality and funnel conversion rates.
- Work with Sales to improve lead conversion and landing-page performance.
Marketing Automation and AI
- Build workflows in n8n, Zapier, or Make, and connect CRMs, APIs, and webhooks.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot for research, content, analysis, and automation.
Content and Creative Support
- Support social media campaigns, ad creatives, reels, videos, and thumbnails using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, and AI creative tools.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results in lead generation and customer acquisition
- Strong skills in paid advertising, SEO, GA4, GTM, Search Console, and conversion tracking
- Reporting experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make, and an understanding of APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations
- Solid grasp of funnels, CRO, and ROI optimization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, EdTech, fintech, or B2B/B2C lead generation
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and website architecture
What Success Looks Like
- First 30 days: Audit existing campaigns, tracking, and reporting, and fix gaps.
- First 60 days: Launch optimized campaigns and dashboards, and automate at least two manual workflows.
- First 90 days: Deliver measurable improvement in CPL, lead quality, and conversion rate.
