No matter your role, you'll contribute to delivering life-changing therapies worldwide. Together, we'll uncover the extraordinary possibilities that lie ahead, driving the industry forward and making a positive difference in the world.
What You Will Achieve As a Data Analyst, Commercial Intelligence: you'll be the person who turns raw data into the insights that move our business forward. You'll collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets, build the dashboards and automations that make information easy to act on, and help the commercial team see the story behind the numbers. It's a role for someone curious and hands-on, who loves solving problems with data and wants to grow their impact in a fast-moving commercial environment — with plenty of room to learn how strategy and profitability come to life.

- Dashboards & Automation: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated workflows (ETL / data preparation) that streamline reporting and turn manual processes into fast, reliable insights.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear reports and visualizations that communicate key performance indicators by Therapeutic Area, Brand, and Account for the commercial team and leadership.
- Commercial & Revenue Context: Support profitability and Gross-to-Net analyses, helping connect data insights to margin, pricing, and revenue performance across channels and customers.
- Data Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation, and keep looking for smarter, simpler ways to improve how we work.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

- Experience: Previous experience in data analysis, commercial intelligence, or similar roles, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Market Audits: Hands-on experience working with market audit datasets (IQVIA, Close Up).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data preparation and analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel and data-visualization tools (Tableau and/or Power BI) to build and maintain your own dashboards. Familiarity with AI tools to work smarter is a plus.
- Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity about the story behind the numbers, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
