The Opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle administration and employee records management.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including group insurance and related benefit administration, ensuring accurate execution, compliance, and a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Manage Employment Pass and immigration matters for non-Malaysian employees, ensuring timely processing, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with external service providers and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage learning and development administration and HRD Corp activities, including training grant applications, compliance requirements, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to support employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and headcount insights to support business decision-making.
- Lead, plan, and execute employee engagement programs, internal communications, and corporate initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and enhance employee experience.
- Provide comprehensive HR operational support across HR processes, systems, employee documentation, vendor management, and business initiatives to ensure effective and compliant HR service delivery.
- Support vendor management and administrative processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and service coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
- Experience in employee lifecycle administration, employee benefits, HR operations, and compliance-related activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Knowledge of SAP, including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO) creation, and invoice processing, will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.
