Overview
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Nuclear is responsible for developing and delivering digital marketing and social media activity that supports the growth and visibility of AtkinsRéalis' global nuclear business.
Working closely with marketing, communications, business leaders and technical experts, the role will develop content strategies, manage stakeholder relationships and create compelling digital content that showcases AtkinsRéalis' nuclear technology, services, and expertise across global markets.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery across social media, leader-led communications, employee advocacy, websites, and digital campaigns.
Your role
- Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies for the nuclear business.
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Work with External Communications to develop content plans for business leaders and support their LinkedIn presence.
- Lead and grow employee advocacy activity across the nuclear business.
- Partner with stakeholders globally to identify stories, campaigns, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Translate complex technical topics into engaging content for a range of audiences.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate activity across multiple brands and channels.
- Monitor performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data and audience insights.
- Help demonstrate how digital activity influences awareness, engagement, and the customer journey.
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand, governance, and business objectives.
About you
Required:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications.
- Experience managing social media channels and content strategies.
- Experience working in a complex or matrix organisation.
- Experience developing content for senior leaders.
- Ability to analyse performance data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in nuclear, energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience running employee advocacy programmes.
- Experience with paid social campaigns and digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of customer journeys, campaign measurement, and digital analytics.
* This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as more than 80% of the workload is intended for clients, partners, or projects located outside Québec.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $85,280 - $111,930 annually). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
