Position Summary
responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role involves analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and supporting new product introductions. The Process Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, R&D, and maintenance to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
Process Development & Optimization
Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Technical Support
Provide day-to-day support to production teams by troubleshooting process-related issues and ensuring minimal downtime. Continuous Improvement
Lead or participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to drive process improvements and eliminate waste. New Product Introduction (NPI)
Support the transition of new products from R&D to production, including process validation and documentation. Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Documentation & Compliance
Develop and maintain accurate process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and control plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and project execution. Safety & Environmental Responsibility
Ensure all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations and actively participate in risk assessments and hazard analysis. Training & Knowledge Transfer
Train operators and technicians on new processes and best practices to ensure consistent execution and understanding.
