This role pertains to Forex.com, a StoneX Group Company.

 

Position Purpose: StoneX is seeking an experienced marketing professional to support the growth of its self-directed trading business in Japan (FOREX.com brand).

As a Senior Specialist, Marketing (Japan), you will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives across customer acquisition, engagement, brand awareness and client retention. Working closely with local and regional stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and delivery of marketing programmes tailored to the Japanese market.

This role is suited to candidates with experience in financial services marketing who are looking to take ownership of marketing activities within a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include: 

• Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives for the Japan market
• Coordinate marketing activities across digital, social, content, partnership and event channels
• Develop and localise marketing content to support business and client communication objectives
• Work with internal stakeholders including Product, Sales, Compliance and regional Marketing teams
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners and affiliates and vendors
• Support customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention programmes
• Monitor campaign and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
• Assist in the organisation of webinars, seminars, client events and partnership activities
• Ensure marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
• Contribute to broader business growth initiatives and strategic marketing projects

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

• 3-7 years of marketing experience.
• Experience within Financial Services, Brokerage, Securities, FX, CFD, Asset Management, Banking, Fintech or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the Japanese market and customer landscape.
• Experience across one or more marketing disciplines, including:

• Digital Marketing
• Brand Marketing
• Campaign Management
• Product Marketing
• Content Marketing
• Affiliate Marketing
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
