VCA Carrollwood Cat Hospital is hiring a Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our AAHA-accredited, exclusively feline practice in Tampa, FL. If you're outgoing, organized, and energized by helping cats and their people, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
As the face of VCA Carrollwood Cat Hospital, you'll set the tone for the hospital and build the trust and confidence clients place in our care. You're the pivot around which the hospital operates, responsible for:
- Greeting visitors, answering phones, and guiding clients and their cats to exam rooms with a calm, reassuring touch
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients
- Presenting and explaining fees, and processing payments
- Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
- Answering questions about products and services, and educating clients on feline-specific care (preventive care, behavior, flea and tick control, etc.)
- Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
- Maintaining a clean, neat hospital inside and out, including handling pet "accidents"
In this role, you'll help create and maintain a calm, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Your mission: win the confidence of every cat parent by delivering an outstanding client experience, so we can provide exceptional care to every patient.
